The Buyer Representation Agreement is a legal document that formalizes our working relationship with myself and my brokerage. When we agree to work together within a formalized agency relationship, you have created a team dedicated to helping you achieve the best possible home-buying experience.

Step 2: Talk with a Lender
Explore lending options. Pre-approval is crucial for the next step.
It is important to understand your financial obligations of buying a home. Consulting with your lender may provide opportunities that will assist you in covering the associated costs of buying a home, including Buyer Representation compensation. I can put you in touch with an experienced mortgage consultant at our in-house mortgage lender or work with the lender of your choice.

Your home inspection is complete. Necessary repairs have been agreed upon.
Now, it’s time to finalize paperwork for your mortgage and await the clear-to-close confirmation from your lender.

Step 7: Closing Day!
You’re clear to close! We’ll schedule a meeting with a closing company, sign the papers and get the keys to your new home!
